Getting fit for Steemfest with Actifit and Blocktrades / Training / Beach Day / My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2019
Wow, what a day filled with activity! It started off before the sun with a quick 3 mile walk with my best walking bud Rosko. Thats when I caught this picture of the sunrise.
After that I did a 4 mile run in 28:40, averaging 7:20min/mile which I cant complain about. :0) Plus it scored me an @automaticwin!
That was just the beginning of the day, after that we packed up the truck and headed to the beach to soak up the sun on this beautiful day.
I would of gotten a ton of more steps but i didnt keep my phone on me while walking on the beach or swimming but thats ok, I got plenty of steps.
It was a great day all in all, I wish every day was this awesome! LoL, take care friends!
