I took this picture while on a plane ride the other day, believe it or not that is the sun rising! I had a 4am flight so I got to enjoy watching the world wake up. Unfortunately the pictures just dont do it justice!
Anyhow, my activity for the day was good. I took a 4 mile walk with the family and then did a good calisthenics workout.
The rest of my day consisted of gardening and doing small tasks around the yard.
