My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2019
I am getting better at taking my telephone around with me while just simply living my daily life. I still find it strange and unnatural to do so. This evening I got the idea to place my phone on flight mode - at least sometimes. I tell my children to not have their phone on their bodies at all times so I needed to set an example and find as solution.
I am making the effort to count my steps because :
- I really curious to find out what my actual count will be if I can keep my phone with me at all times and
- If my count is really less than 5000 then I need to change that immediately.
Tomorrow is another day - we shall see. 😀

I would say I always have my phone with me 24/7 and most times, I sleep holding it.
