Si prosegue con il piano di allenamento per arrivare a correre un'ora filata. Anche oggi 3 minuti di cammino più 4 minuti di corsa, ripetuto per 6 volte. l'obiettivo è di aumentare gradualmente i minuti di corsa. Il prossimo step prevede 3 minuti di cammino più 6 minuti di corsa ripetuto per 5 volte. Magari il prossimo lunedì provo a fare il salto. L' Obiettivo è riuscire a correre 10 km in una sola sessione, entro gennaio.
