My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2019
Most of today’s activity came from running the City2Surf 14K race. I was quite happy with how things went. There were a few little details about the running of the event that irked me but I won’t rant about them here. My official time was 1:00:52. I think this is my second-best time ever. Next year I should run with AirPods so I can keep track of my pace and push a little harder for the second half of the race to give myself a better chance of achieving my goal time.
