My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2019
Today was a productive day. I got an extra walk in between meetings, which helped me to clear my head about a few things that are stressing me out.
(Walking with purpose helps with stress relief, you know.)
There were a few others who were walking out stress as well, and talking it out with the people walking with them. I will definitely be doing it more often, even if I have to sneak away from my desk to get it in.
My next goal is to get back to my morning BOD workouts. They are such a blessing to me, and I need them more than I know.
