My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2019
So let’s deal with exhaustion for a quick second.
Because I did not go to bed until very late and I did not sleep very well, I did not feel like getting in that morning workout. That morning workout is usually the one that energizes me. So my energy level was at an all time low, which made the day seem to go by super slow.
It is frustrating to deal with exhaustion, but you have to give yourself the love and grace to shut your body down when needed, and be okay with telling other people NO. You can then get into bed at a decent time (like I am doing now) and actually get some good sleep.
I am preparing a blog post on getting better sleep. I plan to post it here too.
