My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2019

Hi All Steemit members,
How you all doing today.
It's Thursday.
As always I get up early and went for morning walk and jogging.
Spent there for around 2 hours and performed jogging, running and warm up exercise.
Reached office late today due to some personal work.
I was assigned with field work.
So full busy entire day.
Romeing all-rounder the places and making mentainance check today. Very much tiered and busy today.
Just now I returned back home and checked ACTIFIT APP it's showing more than 10k.
