My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2018

Went for a "run" with @burntoblog today. I put it in quotes because I'm fat and don't run well. It was much of a shitty fartlek run with about 100m of walking between 100m of running. Maybe a mile? Not sure. But I forgot my phone, so that isn't even reflected in today's activity report...
