My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019

Just snuck in with 5k today after doing an 11th hour walk to the shop to push the counter over the magic marker!

Banged my thigh last week and it was badly bruised and hurt to put weight on for a few days so it's kept me out of the park for a few days while I took things a little steady .

Hasn't stopped me going up and down stairs all day or riding the scooter though!

No I'll effects after a gentle 3km stroll so might get back to working harder this weekend. It's a big holiday weekend here as Monday is Mother's day and all our kids are away. First Saturday in memory we have no cases or classes so hopefully a weekend of R n R....for the wife anyway , no doubt she will find a million things for me to do!
