My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2019
Today my activity is a bit better. Walking the dogs, shopping and indoor cycling. The aim is to be constant so I can reduce 5 kg for the next three months. This is combined with my new diet, where I cut the sugar, fat meat and bread. It is not just loosing weight what I aim, but also reducing the cholesterol level to be back in normal as well as lowering the blood pressure.
