My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019
If you work in office you know how bad it is to stay all day long at one place staring at the computer screen and feeling glued to the chair.
The best is to move around and find ways to stretch. Lunch time is for break and the best is to go out and walk. I tried my best to get up as often as possible and since I have to cross the factory to reach the other offices it is great to increase the steps counts.
Later after work I walked to the hairdresser's and I added more steps to the count. Of course the regular walk with the dogs should not be missed. And the final count was over 6k.
Very well done you know i always seem to forget to turn that app on in the mornings when i am off to work must try and remember to do it :)
I try to do it more often I am forcing to move around and be more active.
As humans to keep fit we must keep the body moving this is good that you are doing that :)
