On this super rainy day I went with a friend into our Dojo to train a bit. I wanted to try out some plank variations with a stability ball... but as you can see, this ball was all but not stable as it missed some air 😂
Thank you @wil.metcalfe for inspiring me to experiment with this wobble ball.

Hi @neumannsalva! You did soooo great! I’m glad you went out and started practicing your planks! The pictures you included in your post show me that you must have had some fun with all of this so I’m glad what I wrote for you on the @Actifit Discord the other day!

We had so much rain, the experimenting was very needed (to prevent a gloomy mood). If my friend and I are fit we mostly train on Sunday morning and use the then completely empty dojo... and this is super nice because of the tatamis - if a plank variation goes wrong, I do not fall too hard :-D

Well done, @neumannsalva ! We've got one of those balls but it will be a few years before I can achieve that :D
Storm Freya has brought wind and rain here over the weekend.

I guess Freya also visits Germany... so much storm and rain. And with the balls: the exercise is for training to do handstand without swinging the legs up, but I never managed this :-D I forgot about this exercise with the ball and wanted to try it out again (but it is not too healthy for the wrist - or perhaps I am not tough enough :-D)

:D When I had severe back issues I was given a number of exercises to strengthen my core, @neumannsalva. Some involved sort of putting my weight on my arms : no way ... I've got lots of brain power and will power but, alas, not enough arm power.
I still do some of the exercises but not enough and lifting / shifting boxes to sort things out doesn't help (well, let alone weeding !). So I have lots of knitting / crocheting breaks with nice cups of tea to keep me going :D
