My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2018
I thought today was going to be a really busy day (it was) so I woke up early for a walk on the treadmill. Lunchtime came and I was still full from an on the run breakfast so decided to go outside for a run because of the great weather. At the end of the jog I had already surpassed my day’s goal so smooth sailing from there which I needed because I got out of the office pretty later today!
