My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019

Early morning start today as I knew it would be a busy day in the office. What was interesting is that by the time I was able to get to the gym, I already had 70% of my goal because of all the walking between meetings today. I finally did some weight training today as well!

    Always try walking in the morning hours because it is very helpful for the body

    Do you mean that you walked 11790 step since the beginning of your sports activity .. or 11790 just a step today

    The app tracks the steps during the complete day. However, most workouts I do with cardio tend to get from 4k-7k steps.
