My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2019
Family day so I got on the treadmill early this morning before hitting the road for shopping. Surprisingly, I got home from the long day with a ways to go for my goals in activity so I got right back on the treadmill for 15 minutes while I caught up on my Steem Feed.
Good stuff...it's funny I can't stand to walk/jog/run even a mile, but I can play ball for 2 hrs and run the equivalent of 4 miles like it's nothing.
It is all about getting started and used to it!
