My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2019
After a great morning with the family, I got on the treadmill and targeted some more intense cardio work before getting comfortable for the rest of the day. I was on the treadmill for an hour and combined a 5K with some sprint intervals in between and cool downed with a walk while I watched some Dtube videos.
Really should start using our crosstrainer! Maybe today. Because without I won’t have a chance to reach the 10K posting threshold!
