My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2019

Sunday was made to rest but I had a lot on my mind from the week ahead and really wanted to go for a run outside but it was really too hot at the time I had available so ended up on the treadmill for a 45 minute interval session and a 15 minute cool down walk.
