Posting this here to maintain the routine as it seems there is an error on @actifit

Another early start to get the adrenaline going so I was well advanced when I got to the office which was good as I was only able to run to the gym in the afternoon to do another day of weight training. Tomorrow I have a day off from work for some school activities so probably will take a day off from activities as well. Given the streak I have, I should be fine to get back on the horse on Saturday!
