My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2018

Sad to only hit 5k steps today after such a good week to date but I was just shattered after 7 long days. Most of if was spent on the couch and if I didn't have to go to town to renew my driving licence I would probably have stayed there too. Here watching the irish institution that is the late late toy show. For those of you who don't know it, it's the most watched show of the year in ireland.

It's basically our national chat show doing a xmas toy show with kids presenting the toys and the presenter coked of his head to keep up with them. It's beautifully terrible tv and we have to watch it every year. Some very talented kids and loads of live tv disasters.
