My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2018

Just about got the 5k done today. I was off from work but had the greatest intentions of cleaning the house top to bottom since I have people staying over this week. Obviously that didn't happen but I made a start. It's only my old mate tomorrow night to go drinking so did enough for that visit and I'll finish the job before the sister comes down for the Weekend. Tomorrow will be a huge number since I will be going all day.
