Ah awesome! Yes I was just stopping by there as part of my travels so I stayed the night at airbnb then met up with a music friend and carried on the drive.
I flew to Melbourne last night to carry on with my travels but yes, think it will be a nice chilled week to rest and recuperate! I am from the UK originally

Oh it is @alexvanaken! I highly recommend any one who loves natural beauty to visit! I can't pick one absolute favourite place. When I look back on where I've been, they have all offered something totally different. The south Island is a lot more mountainous and dramatic, there were a lot less people down there which is what I like!

There is something almost surreal meeting, in person, someone you've only met online, isn't there?
Taurangua is beautiful - I hadn't realised. A school mate of mine lives there, and my cousin stopped there when he did the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race in 2011.

Pretty cool for the hot water pools. It's funny to see all those people looking like prairie dogs poking their heads out.
I wouldn't want to leave there either. I can think of many things that would make me want to stay, counting the fact that it's also NZ.

It was a very unique experience for sure and I'd like to have spent more time there on my own but it was a long weekend there and so many people. On the plus side, the pool was already dug so I didn't have to lift a finger - I am the chief after all 😁

I just believe the authors that I've talked to on here who say to limit posts to 800-1000 words or people will be skipping alot of it but I thought you didn't care, I thought you were just writing for your own self?
Yea I don't mind so much but at the same time, you still want some engagement. Although I think it's been pretty quiet on thr blockchain recently?
