My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
It is the beginning of a new working week after a funfil weekend relaxation, I started the day with alot of optimism and positivity. I woke up early in the morning and did some house chores and after that I did some push-up for some minutes.
I later did some looking light walkout around my neighborhood and I then return back to my house and prepare for my job and on reaching my place of work , I went for my daily routine checkups at my company plant and equipment facilities. I found out that there was a little leakage in one of the valve and I called the attention of my co-workers and we then loosen the valve and replaced the bolt and nuts including the washer with a new one.
We then reinstalled the valve and make sure that the leakage has stopped, after that work I went straight to my office to document what what actually happened and the repair we did to stop the leakage problems. During my break period after taking my lunch I went outside for some long walkout around the vicinity of my company yard. And after my close from work I also did some casual exercises for some few minutes before I took my bath
