오늘의 운동
비가 와서 운동을 못할 줄 알았는데, 다행히 점심부터 해가 떠서 운동을 할 수 있었다. 평소와 같이 한시간 정도 뛰었고, 기온이 어제보다 낮아서 그런지 조금 더 뛸 수 있었다. 그래도 힘든 것은 여전함. 6.4km 정도 뛰었음.
