My Actifit: August 5 2019
After several hours at PC, a short walk is a must. Somehow I did not noticed how late it is, so got outside for walk only after sunset. The good thing was weather was so cool, so I could walk fast, even jogging at times, without any sweat.
No wind, no birds singing. Very silent in the evening. Enjoyed so much.
I’m glad you got a cool @actifit walk.
The Northwest is getting hammered with the heat at the moment!
I started getting up extra early to get my @actifit steps and at the same time my automaticwin!
