My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2019

If there is something that discourages when doing physical activity for those who work many hours a day, is that in order to perform some physical activity you have to be absent from the family for many hours, if you can not do any activity that can be shared .

In my particular case, the workday is extended by 11 am from Monday to Friday, leaving home at 8.15 am and returning at 7 pm.

In case of wanting to do physical activity, it would be too late to go home without being able to share games, talks and homework with my wife and daughter.

Therefore, one of the solutions I found to stay active and not feel guilty about my absence is to get up an hour earlier in the morning and go out even if I only walk for 30 or 40 minutes.

While it is hard for me to get up early, I don't want to stop exercising.

Around here the mornings are still very cold but the sun is rising earlier and this motivates.

So you know, you can always make time to devote to one and feel better.

Si hay algo que desmotiva a la hora de hacer actividad fisica para quienes trabajamos muchas horas al día, es que para poder realizar algo de actividad física hay que ausentarse de la familia durante muchas horas, si no se logra hacer alguna actividad que pueda ser compartida.

En mi caso particular la jornada laboral se extiende por 11 hs de lunes a viernes, saliendo de casa a laa 8.15 de la mañana y regresando a las 19 horas.

En caso de tener querer hacer actividad fisica implicaria llegar muy tarde a casa sin poder compartir, juegos, charlas y tareas con mi esposa y mi hija.9

Por ello una de las soluciones que encontre para mantenerme activo y no sentirme culpable por mi ausencia, es levantarme una hora antes a la mañana y salir aunque sea tan solo a caminar unos 30 o 40 minutos.

Si bien en lo personal me cuesta madrugar, no quiero dejar de hacer ejercicio.

Por aqui las mañanas aun son muy frias pero el sol esta saliendo más temprano y esto motiva.

Asique ya saben, siempre se puede hacer un tiempo para dedicarse para uno y para sentiese mejor.
