My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019
After several days of walking, I decided to trot again. To make the exercise more pleasant I chose a beautiful dirt road covered by trees as if it were a tunnel.
The route has several ups and downs that and several curves.
It is very entertaining to do it without headphones and connect with the sounds of nature.
After 3 kilometers I reached the end of the grove I found the train tracks through which I followed my jog, until I reached a fork. It was there when I decided to return. I don't know very well because I made the decision at that point; maybe because I didn't want to make a decision about which path to choose.
Después de varios dias de caminar, tomé la decisión de volver a trotar un poco. Para hacer el ejercicio más placentero escogí un bello camino de tierra cubierto por árboles como si fuese un tunel.
El trayecto tiene varias subidas y bajadas que y varias curvas.
Es muy entretenido para hacerlo sin auriculares y conectar connlos sonidos de la naturaleza.
Después de 3 kilómetros llegue al fin de la arboleda me encontré con las vias del tren por las cuales seguí mi trote, hasta llegar a una bifurcación. Fue allí cuando decidí emprender el regreso. No se muy bien porque tome la decisión en aquel punto; quizá porque no quise tomar una decision acerca de que camino escoger.
