My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2019

Today was our first day of weight training since last year. Things happen and people find other things to do. It was only four of us today, but the class is back.

Since this was our first class, the instructor had us using the chairs for some of the exercises. I worked with 5 lb hand weights, 10 lb bar and we used our body weight for on the wall push ups.

Today the focus was on the upper body. We worked the biceps, triceps, abs, waist and hips.

By the end of class we were wore out. I know I'll be sure tomorrow but that's the price I'm willing to pay.

At home, I made another batch of ghee. With all the baking I've been doing lately, it not lasting as long as before.

I also made my husband a batch of his favorite cookies. Then I put about 5 lbs. of apples in a soak of baking soda and water for tomorrow's cooking.

Thanking God for this day.
