My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2019
Today was Zumba and yoga. The yoga class helped to relax my body after the Zumba class. Both classes had us facing balance challenges. As you age, you lose a lot of your equilibrium.
Back at home I did not sit down until it was almost dinner time.
I spent a lot of time in the kitchen today. I experimented with making some crackers, they came out really good. I cooked a vegetarian dinner for my husband.
I didn't have enough steps so I walked on my treadmill for about 40 minutes. Yeah, I made it.
Thanking God for this day.
