My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
I went to my spin class this morning around 8:35. The class was full again with 2 new people. Spin is a class of endurance and it takes a while to get your breathing and strength together. The new ladies tried to hang, but it was a bit much for them. Hopefully they will keep coming.
Back at home I attended to my daily chores. This evening I baked some almond butter cookies with pecans. They were very good.
I did not have enough steps so I got on my treadmill and walked until I had enough.
