My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2019
Today was my strength training class. The instructor had us doing step aerobics with weights in hand. We used bands for triceps curls and biceps curls. We ended up working on our abs doing the Russian Twist, crunches, and planks. My back is hurting as well as my knees.
Next I picked up my husband from the bowling alley and took him to get his truck from the shop.
Back at home I prepared dinner, and did a little cleaning.
After dinner we went to church for Ash Wednesday Service. The sermon was on, how to fight sin and temptation. We fight it with and through the word of God. Satan can't steal my joy.
Still thanking God for this day.
