My Actifit Report Card: décembre 7 2018
안녕하세요?

파리에도 크리스마스가 한걸음 가까이 다가온 듯한 느낌이 드네요.
오늘은 파리에 비가 왔어요. 오후에 파리 시립 수영장에 다녀 왔습니다.
수영 한시간 정도 했는데 액티핏으로 측정할 수가 없네요.
오늘은 9,370보(7,52km) 액티핏 카운트는 7,242 입니다.
내일 12월8일 파리와 프랑스 주요 도시에서 노란 조끼 대규모 시위가 예고 되어 있습니다. 지난주 토요일 처럼 과격한 시위가 아닌 평화 시위를 했으면 좋겠습니다.
내일은 하루 종일 집 밖을 나갈수 없을 것 같습니다. 시위 장소에서 멀지 않은 곳에 살기 때문에 집안에서 운동해야 할 것 같습니다.
