My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2019
We all made it through the week actifiters!
Today was an amazing day!
I started off at work for a half day. I still squeezed in my walk with my partner. We decided to walk at different internal paces to get more out of our time. We walked briskly for 3 minutes then power walked 1 minute and repeated until the end.
I got home and took the 2 year old over to the park. He had me chasing home up and down the play set for over an hour. It was so fun though. It's amazing to see how much he has grown.
When the kids got home from school, we played some basketball and went for a mushroom hunt. I found 1 oyster #mushroom and a bunch that aren't edible.
Even some that I don't know what they are.
We got done and played tennis until the sun went down. A great cardio workout!
Finally got home and played with the kids altogether.
I looked at my step counter and noticed I broke 20K!!!
I just thought, darn my wife does this everyday with the kids!
Anyway, it was nice to start my weekends like this... Good night all.
