My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2019
Good even actifit club!
Today was a mellow day compared to the rest. I found it my app was turned off for the first half of the day and none of my steps were being counted.
My son had his first basketball game this morning 🏀. We practiced together for a while in the morning before hand.
Then we took the family to the lake and walked around the lake while playing with the geese.
We got some Costco for lunch and a little shopping. Then followed that up with cleaning up the back yard and turning the compost heap.
By this time I was feeling pretty drained, but I found the last bit of energy in me to do a workout. Once again I went to my Home Workout Pro app and did another routine.

This was a routine of push-ups, lunges and burpees.
After that it was just a kickback day with the family. Watched a movie and played some more ball with the kids.
What a great day.
