My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2019
After getting a good night sleep, I woke up with some egg nog coffee beans from world market! Great coffee!
My boss arm was still hiring him Preeti bad abd the selling hadn't gone down, so we took it easy today. We did some meal prep for the week.
I made picked shallots, banana waffles, beans, salad toppings, hot sauce, chicken bone broth, abd cut up some fruit for the week.
We did the weekly grocery shopping as well. I love #WinCo, but wish they had a larger organic selection.
This morning I did my without routine with the wife. It was an all core routine. I think she could kill me at core Abby day off the week. Sometimes I feel like she is a workout machine! Good motivation though!
