Good evening #actifit club!

I spent the day with the family. We went to church this morning and then came home to do some meal prep.

I made some home made beef jerky with my son. Definitely one of his favorite foods!

This evening I did a pushup and sure routine. It was a little different. Each pushup I lifted my hands off the ground so my body was fully rested on the ground. It definitely took more out of me in the long run. Over all, a great routine. I got the routine from my Home Workout Pro app.
