This evening I did a workout with my little buddy. We did arms and abs. We knocked out some curls, dips, and skull crushers. He wanted to pose and show off his muscles...

A few more days and my other boy will be back in the mix. 4 more days in a cast and then his arm will be back.

They are both great motivation to keep healthy!

Alright actifiters, keep up the good work and meet your goals. Mine is 10k steps a day in 2019... Still going after 3 months!
