Today has been a great day for steps. I broke the 26k mark!

I started the day with laps in the house while I drank my coffee. During my lunch I walked my normal 2 miles. I head to stop of and do some grocery shopping on the way home and wandered around Costco for a while. I'm throwing a BBQ this weekend!

Well, when I got home, I did a burpee routine for 25 minutes while jogging in place between sets.


Some people hate burpees, but they send like such a great overall workout. I always get a great pump from them.
