Melhor Surfe + Actifit - 12/03/19
Bastante esgotado fisicamente hoje, o mar estava clássico de manhã cedo, o melhor do ano, com ondas de 1 a 1,5 metro, lisas, tubulares e perfeitas. Tive que aproveitar e fiquei 3 horas seguidas na água.
No fim do dia fui fazer os 10 mil passos do Actifit; Ao invés de andar pela praia fiquei dando voltas pela rua e aproveitei para ir ao supermercado.
Agora quando descanso o corpo e fecho os olhos, são as imagens das ondulações estupendas que me vem à mente. Sinto que está noite terei um sono especialmente reconfortante..
