My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2019
Best way to start my Monday morning!!
Colby and I haven’t done our usual morning walk in a while, due mainly to how the rosters worked out last week and all the other things we needed to get done.
We made up for it today though — 6.7km along the waterfront!
There was not a breath of air, the Bay was still and flat like a mill-pond. Being a public holiday, there were people out and about sailing, SUPing, cycling, jogging, walking...
We grabbed a cuppa at the West Beach Pavilion in St Kilda, which was our ‘halfway’ point.
Right now Colby’s passed out on the couch. We definitely took it the edge today. But it’s good for both of us.
It was a fine morning, and looks to get better in the afternoon. We’re thinking of heading into the City for the Moomba Festival, which means we’ll probably do a bit more walking.
Feeling pretty good!!!
