Going To Kyoto... My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2019
We left Tokyo today, jumping onto the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Kyoto.
Good day for it, as it was raining the whole day.
Arriving in Kyoto, I could feel the difference from the hustle of Tokyo. I felt more at ease, and there was a calmer vibe to the place. I guess it also makes a difference when you’re hemmed in close by a small mountain range.
Once we checked into our hotel we decided to go for a walk early and get some dinner. The cute streets, and old buildings are adorable.
Our touring here will be more about the spiritual and historical, rather than the commercial.
