My Actifit Report Card: 2월 10 2019

오늘도 걷는다..
연휴기간 몸무게 늘은것때문에 며칠 강행군입니다. 앞으로도 며칠 더 해야 할 듯..
예전에 핸드폰으로 사진찍으면.. "오~ 아이폰" 했는데.. 요즘은 사진 찍어도 화질이 안나오네요.. 얼마 되지도 않았는데..
내일은 핸드폰 케이스를 벗기고 청소를 좀 해야겠네요..



위는 업로드를 한 이후에 찍은 것인데.. 다른 만보기의 정보를 찍으려 했는데..정신이 없군요.. 똑같은걸 왜 찍었을까... 쩝..

7월부터 다음과 같은 목표로 한강공원 걷기 운동을 하고 있습니다.

  • 하루에 한강공원을 8Km이상 걷기 (특별한 날과 주말은 제외)
  • 위 걷기를 2시간 이내에 마무리
  • 한달 누적으로 300,000보 걷기 달성.

      지난 연말부터 설연휴까지... 회식이 많아서.. 몸무게가 많이 늘었네요..
      한 일주일 강행군하려 합니다.
