My Actifit Report Card: 3월 10 2019

날도 많이 풀려서.. 오래간만에 한강으로 나갔는데.

한강의 강바람도 그렇게 차게 느껴지지 않네요. 오래 걸으니 이제는 시원하게 느껴지는군요.

미세먼지도 사라지고 해서 한강에 사람들도 많이 보이고. 심심하지 않게 걸었네요.

어느 정도 몸이 만들어지면, 오래전에 하다 말았던 국토종주를 다시 시작해봐야 할지 고민해봐야겠네요.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
