봄비가 추척추적.. 이제는 완연한 봄이네요.
꽃잎들도 떨어지고, 벚꽃엔딩이 생각나는 밤이네요.
비가와서인지 또 일교차가 커지는군요..
감기 조심해야겠어요.
2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.
2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
