My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2019
오늘이 입추라는데 더위는 그대로군요.
이번주 일요일이 말복이고. 2주후면 더위도 물러간다는 처서니 조금만 참으면 되겠죠.
2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.
2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
