Today I went out to club and did cross trainer for 30 minutes.
After that I did 1 he of gym.
Later as usual took steem and sauna.
All that takes me apps 2 hr.
I also did some walk.
Overall a great day.

@prameshtyagi, For sure it's reflecting as you really had an effective time. And in my opinion we need at least little bit of Fitness Activity daily because in that way our body can get the needed strength to fight with any kind of Potential illness.
Most importantly we need the Refreshing essence in life and in my opinion Fitness Activities can bring that refreshing essence in life. And now we are moving into different dimensions and now entered into the phase of Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrency Sphere and just take the example of Actifit, we are spending some time in Activity, we are getting rewards and inturn we are getting the opportunity to hold more and more Actifit Tokens.
