My Activity Report Card: October 10, 2018 [Because health is important]

Casual hump of the week Wednesday, rest day without a lot of calories lost for just moving around. Means more proteins will be built in muscles that I worked out yesterday. Also, my wife is right next to me and says I need to write how she made protein dinner, Bolognese. It was good, delicious, not that I have to say it ;)

Daily activity:

  • Cycling to work and from work
    8 km with 50-meter elevation
  • Working in catering service for 8 hours
    Walking around 11 km
  • No workout as today is rest day
    Tomorrow, back to routine

Calories intake:

  • Around 3000 kcal

Currently around 74 kg

Sleep:

  • Around 7 h
