My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2019
✔️ Stretching
✔️ Grocery Shopping
✔️ Walking around the mall, around the house and around the community
✔️ House chore: chopped veggies, cooking, put away clean dishes
I woke up this morning feeling a little bit cranky. My legs feel a little bit heavy and my butt is sore😂. They say if could barely sit on the toilet after your leg day then it's good.
So today, I a break from lifting weights and just did some walking exercise. I walked around the community for at least thirty minutes and did some light stretching.
Spent most of my time walking around the mall, doing grocery shopping, and preparing some food.
There was only few people at the grocery store today so I didn't rush. Sometimes when it's busy I don't like to do my shopping because the counters are very busy and not all cashiers are on duty. There was a time that got a tone of meat at meat section and when I got to the cashier there were more ten people on each and there were only three counters open. I had to return the meat and walked away.
