My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2019

I wasn't feeling good this morning after eating all the junk food yesterday. I had three coffees but it barely gave me energy and I skipped my protein shake because of the one I bought has more carbs.

So I took some naps and pushed myself to move around. I went outside and sat by the pool and the weather was beautiful so I decided to go for a jog around the community. After my jog I felt so much better!

Uuh I understand you perfectly yesterday I worked and after work I was too tired for cook and I eat a junk snack but a very heavy one, I loved it but today I woke up all tired and heavy and at work I feel more tired than ever. So today I decide to add more excercise to my daily yoga routine, I wish it will make me feel better and more enenergic.

I'll do my best not eat too much junk food this week! 😂 I think I might go without it for a week 🤔
