My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2019

My lower back and legs are sore since last night, that means I did a really good workout yesterday. I still do want to accomplish something today.

After doing some trading, I brought my coffee outside to get some fresh air. I walked around by the pool while browsing on my mobile.

Later this afternoon, I went out to get a massage. I got an hour massage and it was very relaxing.

I had big bowl of salad and two thick slices of steak. My first meal of the day and am skipping dinner so I can fast longer.
